Cryptocurrency market was estimated to be around USD 750 billion in 2019. It is expected to grow to anywhere between USD 1.7 and 5 trillion by 2026.
In the beginning of January 2021 cryptocurrency market reached the milestone of 1 trillion dollars. By beginning of April 2021 cryptocurrency market had surged to almost $2 trillion.
When it comes to crypto wallets - how many crypto wallet users are there? Meaning how many people have crypto wallets?
In 2019 the amount of crypto wallets was around 34.6 million, considerably higher than just 6.7 million in 2016.
In 2021 there are most likely around 64 million active wallets.
This number doesn't include the hundreds of millions of inactive wallets.
